SERVICOM PRESENTS COMPLIANCE REPORT TO NCCE




The National Coordinator SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli has commended the Executive Secretary, National Commission for Colleges of Education Prof. Bappa-Aliyu Muhammadu on its role played toward ensuring qualitative service delivery to members of its public(s).

Mrs. Nnenna showered the encomium during the formal presentation of SERVICOM compliance evaluation reports of twenty one (21) Federal Colleges of Education and FCT College of education Zuba to the Executive Secretary held on the 30th of July 2019 at the Commission's board room.

Mrs. Nnenna said the overall objective of the SERVICOM Compliance Evaluation is to ensure Citizen focused Service Delivery in MDAs. The specific objective she added includes identifying gaps in service delivery and making recommendations to MDAs to improve customer satisfaction and accountability.

The National Coordinator however against this backdrop said SERVICOM Presidency in collaboration with the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) would be critical partners in actualizing a continuous improvement on the quality of service delivery to the citizens.

On his part, the Executive Secretary NCCE, Prof. Bappa-Aliyu Muhammadu appreciated and also commended the good job SERVICOM is doing and assured that NCCE’s door will always remain open for SERVICOM to operate. He also extolled the Provosts of all the twenty one (21) Federal Colleges of Education FCT COE who he said in spite of tight schedule still made it for the presentation.

Highlight of the event was the official handshake to the top three performing Provosts based on Compliance ranking by the National Coordinator SERVICOM Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, with the Executive Secretary.
