Accreditation Institutional Self Assessment and Statement of Facts Forms

This self-assessment component gives clear guidance to senior management and other professionals on what a good institution should look like. It provides useful prompts for assessing each of the Quality Indicators. It is one of a set of documents that form NCCEs accreditation Toolkit. It should be read and used in the context of those other documents. In particular, the document QUALITY INDICATORS provides an over-view of the assessment process.

A standardized format of self-assessment will provide clear and concise guidance as a starting point for the accreditation process. It will also help to encourage consistency in internal quality assurance. It is necessary to continually revise this self-assessment document as it is will be submitted prior to the accreditation visit.
